By downloading the app, creating an account, or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Gatzby. If you're using it for anyone but yourself, you're confirming you have the right to.

Gatzby is for adults, 18 and over, using dating apps. By using it you confirm you're at least 18. It's not for minors, and we don't knowingly let anyone under 18 use it.

Gatzby is a dating-coaching tool for your own conversations. You bring the chats and profiles you're already dealing with, and Gatzby helps you read the room and decide what to say, drafts replies and openers, tracks the people you're talking to, and sharpens lines you write yourself.

Gatzby is not a matchmaking or dating service. It doesn't introduce you to anyone, host profiles, or let users contact each other. There is no user-to-user messaging. Everything happens between you and your coach.

Gatzby's replies, openers, and advice are generated by AI and offered as suggestions. They can be wrong, off-tone, or just not right for your situation, and you use your own judgment before sending anything. We don't promise matches, replies, dates, or any particular outcome, and Gatzby is not a substitute for professional advice. You're responsible for what you send and how you treat the people you talk to.

Gatzby has a free tier and paid plans, offered as weekly, monthly, and annual subscriptions. Current prices and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you buy.

• Payment is handled by Apple through the App Store and charged to your Apple ID. We don't process or see your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before it ends. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
• You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it doesn't refund the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its standard policy. We can't issue App Store refunds directly.

Keep it above board. Don't:

• use Gatzby to harass, deceive, threaten, or manipulate anyone, or for anything unlawful;
• upload content involving anyone under 18, or content you don't have the right to share;
• try to break, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service, or get around its limits;
• resell or repackage Gatzby or its output as your own product.

We can suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or these terms.

You keep ownership of the screenshots, notes, and drafts you put into Gatzby. You give us permission to process them so we can run the service, generate suggestions, and improve the product, as described in our Privacy policy. You're responsible for having the right to share what you upload.

Gatzby is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will fit your particular purpose. You use it at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Gatzby and the people behind it aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including anything that happens in your dating life or conversations. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

We may update these terms as Gatzby changes. When we do, we'll update the date at the top, and for anything material we'll make it obvious. Continuing to use Gatzby after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], and any dispute will be handled by the courts there, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
